damn right. thats disgusting......This guy should be banned from the site. He is here to be offensive and stir....
Sincerely hope the next time I read about Suarez is for his goal scoring exploits, time for everyone to stop trying to take the moral high ground, draw a line under it and move on. Good day for football, good day for Liverpool.
He should go here. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/124145-The-Official-Wum-Thread He'll love it there.
Nooo! You don't want the tone of Wum avenue lowered by the likes of him! Perfectly respectable wums like Berbs and lettuce will be in an uproar....
F00k Fenway. If they wanted a club that grovels to United they should have searched down the back of their couch for a tenner to buy the Denbigh-ites from accross the park. So Alex ferguson DOES now tell us who can and can't play for Liverpool. They should have appealed and then gone to the courts, and they should have told the NYT to stick it. We're now owned by spineless mercanaries. Creeps!
Hopefully this will put a line in the sand. But you never know with Kenny. He has been defending Suarez write up to late last week when all he had to do was grit his teeth and keep quiet. To be honest the top brass have got involved and overrided him - it will be club talk through Kenny.
Probably because he can't win either way. You know the press will turn around and say too late etc, or disect what he says into an unfavourable light. Damned if you do and damned if you don't at the minute. It does seem like he didn't want to act until he had the full facts ( ie during the interview ) and now he has seen everything he seems to have acted quickly so fair play for that.
Eric, As Suarez and LFC have made an apology is it not morally right that Ferguson and Evra do likewise?
It will be damning if Kenny goes back on what he has said and appologises for the clubs stance. The clubs stance has been no different, imo, than any other club who believes their player innocent.
It's very clear Suarez still refuses to accept he was in any way at fault, and Dalglish has chosen to use the whole affair to try and create some sort of siege-mentality unity among the team. Everyone outside LFC and its more blinkered fans knows this position is unsustainable, and it appears that the owners have now told Dalglish and Suarez to wake up and smell the coffee. Cue some carefully scripted and wholly insincere expressions of regret, but no actual apology for bringing the game of football into disrepute. I despise Suarez as an unrepentant racist, and I hate Dalglish for what he did to my club, but until this affair I always had a soft spot for LFC. You are in danger of losing any sympathy or affection the fans of other clubs hold for you.
Seeming as the apology is not to United or Evra then why do United need to apologise ? SAF has already said Evra went to far after the game.
