Are you arguing with your own comments?? I think what fergie is getting at is that saurez has undermined your manager and brought your club into further disrepute.
C'mon then lets have it, how do you United fans feel about the way the club conducted itself today? Try and show a little integrity and answer my question. Very quick to act as judge and jury for Liverpool, what about your own clubs behaviour today?
PS I admire UTD for their achievements and the lads from the darkside on here are good lads(apart from Commas).
Really, it isn't. Cahill's 'follow-through' was a natural part of the tackle. In actual fact, Cahill didn't get the ball at any point, so the tackles aren't even comparable. Ferdinand got the ball with the tackle...fine. Good tackle, no foul. But then (and it's a separate movement which is why I draw attention to it) he makes sure Suarez hits the deck. I can't remember the intricacies of it, but what I do remember is he makes the tackle, and then makes a separate effort to clip Suarez's leg to make sure he can't run onto the ball, which has been prodded forwards. If he sweeps the ball out of play, I guarantee he doesn't make that movement. That's why it's a foul. You'll see on MotD, if they bother showing the whole clip. If I make a slide tackle, get the ball cleanly, but then kick out during my follow-through, is that not a foul?
Just seen the clip of evra celebrating infront of saurez.. Admittedly he probably shouldn't have done that. . But had saurez of conducted himself with any grace then it wouldn't have happened. It's all a bit sad really as it detracting from the joy of the fact we outplayed you deserved to win..
Perfectly happy thank you. The ONLY slight bit where we could have improved was if Evra had not moaned when Suarez didn't shake his hand. He should have just smiled and thought 'point proven'. Otherwise, what the hell whave we got to be embarrased about? Seriously. The most annoying thing about this is that much as I hate Liverpool FC I admire them a lot. A great deal in fact. And they've ****ed it up on this issue to be honest. United have done absolutely nothing to reproach themsleves about.
Except allow their gobshite of a manager to make comments about another club and its players. When and if he addresses the lack of morals within his own club then he can take the moral high ground
