tbh not sure it was so long ago but I do remember that there was a sugar refinery near because you could smell it lol, it was a selection of gravel pits, the one we fished was quite large, most of my fishing is now done in France
Just one day? Is that why doubled Southampton, took four points off you, beat Blackpool and took two draws off Boro? The only top six sides to beat us did so away from home, and at least two of those matches involved dodgy refereeing decisions. Only West Ham beat us fair and square, and even then we came back from 3-0 down to lose by just the one goal. Truth is, we only struggle against the rubbish sides for some bizarre reason.

Southampton didn't have Lambert, Lallana or Fonte against Leicester we would have mualed you with them. Cardiff drew with us with them 3. Don't kid yourselves Leicester, Cardiff are far superior.
Cardiff are not rubbish, they had an off day, but due to our renewed enthusiasm for football in the last 6 games, the closing down and commitment to keeping a lead, then we maybe are now showing what we should have done earlier in the season. Having LG already said we have performed against the top teams, then that should have been the compliment you were looking for? Our test will be to go and spank Watford on Tuesday
Three players missing, that would have made a difference? how? there are eight other players that were in that match that couldn't perform without those three? You also had three stand ins that were not up to championship standard? Lets hope you don't get promoted, that could be worrying
And if I remember correctly, we had 7 - thats SEVEN - internationals missing for this game. And you had Lambert (no caps) Lallana (no caps) and Fonte (WTFIH?) missing. Seems like our reserves are better than Scummers first team - which of course is true.
Well we had no Bamba, Pantsil, Schlupp, Waghorn, Vassell, King, Oakley, Moussa and Johnson when we played Southampton You didnt hear us bringing out excuses. Injuries are part of football you have to use your squad. Lambert shouldnt of been a prat and got himself sent off
Read my comment again. I didn't say you were rubbish. I think you're a good side, especially at the the back. I said we do well against the good sides (like today). We struggle against the crap sides like Bristol City, Doncaster and Hull.
You´re all forgetting we had SGE as manager for about a third of the season, THAT`S WHY WE`RE 12th. Season ain´t over yet.
You'll be in the playoffs at best come the end of the season, so we may have the chance to do you again
There is more to it than a lge position RF. NP was doing what he could with a very unbalanced squad when he took over, he´s not had alot of time to sort the squad out, access what he´s got & bring in the players he wants. NP said himself the squad was in poo state with not the right players to fill the right spots, the sign of a bad manager on SGE part. Style of play & team spirt is better, 2 players with bad attitudes are enjoying their football again & although we are 12th & results are up & down at the mo, LCFC made a good move in getting rid of him (SGE) & getting NP back. This season is a 'will we won´t we' but I strongly feel with NP, a summers window & a full season we will be a better football club & we will do it next season. This is just my opinion so don´t you dare snub my lol
