Not really fine because he must have known the consequences for OUR club More **** we don't really need and worse...another **** performance on the pitch. You can't let him off the hook by saying he shouldn't have played, he was in the team so act with a bit of bloody dignity. I'm not saying **** him off but as I've been saying since his 90 minutes of falling over in the Norwich game...he needs a ****ing good toe end up the arse
Haven't seen it yet, was listening on five live and all the pundits and commentators said it was a great tackle and a great bit of refereeing. Even that biased Irish **** of a commentator who supports Liverpool didn't think Ferdinand should have seen red..
Well, I was thinking during the Spurs game that he slows our game up a little, always doing little dribbles, when maybe a fast pass would be the better option. Still not convinced he should be playing as a striker or even worse a lone striker, would love to see him playing on the left or right of a front three or even as a support striker? Can't be to critical, it's still his first season, and he has done very well so far. Room for improvement, as with most of our new players.
Have you bothered to read this (http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Discipli...itten Reasons of Regulatory Commission.ashx)? A set up? Are you actually being serious...
100% red, it looked a great tackle in real time, but slowed down he hit Suarez's foot, not the ball. Fair play to the ref, it did look like he won it, cause the ball changed direction, but that was because Ferdinand kicked Suarez's foot onto the ball.
You appear to be the only one harping on about the decision.. Actually looking forward to match of the day.. Shall give my verdict after I've seen it.
Fair play, there was a debate on Sky, Neville was saying it was a great tackle, Redknapp stated it was a foul, at that moment a slow replay showed clearly it was a foul, Neville gulped and stuck to his story. He has been great on Sky so far, but made a bit of a tool out himself today.
You gotta love our nev.. I've enjoyed him on sky as a pundit offers a bit more insight into the nuances of the game than most.. But he would be biased toward us and rightly so. I would expect redknapp to be biased toward you lot..
Made contact with the ball first mate, clearly, don't listen to old Bazza. So, dust settled? What an utter **** Suarez proved himself to be once again and on top of that we dicked you royally, lovely day. Result all round I'd say.
He has been really unbiased, nearly got sucked into it, Thankfully he revealed his true colours today, so I can go back to calling him Manc rat rather than Gary. Redknapp is allright, good bloke.
