Then it's deserving of a ban, although whether the ban occurs or not depends on whether the offended player decides to report it. Perhaps he is less likely to do so if a black man makes that sort of remark to another black man, but it doesn't make it any less wrong in the eyes of the official rules.

So Evra is in the wrong because he chose to report it as he was offended?

This whole saga could have been over a while back, but because of Dalglish and many fans defending Suarez, Liverpool are now really looked down on by most of the footballing community, and they're just digging themselves a bigger hole. I really feel sorry for the fans who are cultured, respectable people and actually understand that Suarez is in the wrong.

 

You're the typical person who is so insecure about who they are, that in order to feel validated they have to "report" people to authorities in order to get sympathy from others. Take a look at yourself, are you really so insecure as to not brush off certain comments and move on with your life? Or do you constantly need people to feel sorry for you and what makes it worse, feel sorry for you because of your skin colour.

 

The manager Kenny Dalglish ought to have seen it coming. Suarez should have not started, in that case the press
would have nothing to say.If Suarez conscience is clear he is going to find it difficult to forgive Evra.Only EVRA AND SUAREZ know

Having watched the post-match analysis, Sky showed an overhead angle from behind Suarez as he made his way down the line.

You could see Evra's hand extended for the other players and when Suarez came he looked to put his hand out but Evra put his hand down. Then Suarez moved on to DeGea and Evra reacted.

 

I hope luvgonzo doesn't ban me because of this fiasco, and the ignorance of others.

As Suarez got nearer Evra momentarily moved his hand downwards at the key moment,so Suarez then gave him a blank and Evra realising his mistake grabs Suarez's arm.

Theres more twists and turns in that non handshake than an Agatha Christie novel.

 

I have never asked for anyone to be banned, but there's always a first. At the moment you seem very much at odds with nearly every other Liverpool fan on here. You have opinions but don't want to listen to other points of view. None of this is something that you should be banned for.

I still believe like most that you are pretending to be a Liverpool fan and that your main intention is to annoy the real fans. This is something you could be banned for so I'll keep and eye on your posts.

Perhaps I'm wrong, we'll see. As long as you don't cross the imaginary line in my head you will not be banned.
