Listen, if AVB is sacked I really hope he does well for himself somewhere else. I think the EPL is way to much for him atm. Give him twenty years

<ok> wouldn't say EPL - Chelsea & Roman in particular are too much for him to handle..

it is not case of IF but WHEN - and that is very near...

    I'm torn between two opinion;

that AVB is totally out of depth and needs to do one

or that we give AVB a chance to overhaul the squad over a period of time and bring his own talent through and try and get our moneys worth out of him.

After that result, the former is strongly overtaking the latter.

But he's not playing the players we've signed. Now he made it clear De Bryne was not his signing so if he's not trusted to sign players he wants what is the point keeping him?

The latter was so strong in me a couple of weeks ago, but no longer. All he needs to do is park the bus like we did for Valencia and Newcastle. Counter attack. No Torres, or Bos and Malouda. Play Ivan Cahill Terry Cole, with a midfield of Ess, Romeu and Miereles (Rambo when back) and Drogs Mata Sturridge up front. Counter attack. We are incapable of passing 'nicely' so might as well do it ugly if we are going to try to win.

Can't argue with that. Same with Cahill, I honestly don't think AVB chose to sign him.

    Accurate though.
I wanted him to succeed I real did but he makes the same stupid mistakes game after game.
Why no Cahill and Ivanovic to RB?
Why doesn't Bertrand get a game even when Ash is out?
Why have Ferreira anywhere near the bench?

I won't start on the subs,we all know he's ****ed them up time and time again.

    I think he's a deadman walking.

Ferriera is a darn sight better than Bosingwa, but both of them over Hutchinson? Cole over Bertrand? No Piazon yet?

I know he may have wanted to play it safe but that clearly isn't working. TAKE SOME BLOODY RISKS.

We have 10 days before Napoli and RA should be on the phone today to Gus.Give us a chance at least.

(No disrespect B'ham but even I could manage us to a win over you.)

I reckon Ian Holloway is worth a punt over AVB, at least Blackpool play good attacking football, better than us at the moment...

The problem we have I guess is that a lot of us have moaned about how Jose, Ancelotti, Wilkins etc were sacked prematurely or without good reason yet many are now calling for AVB's head.

Like Drogs I'm torn. We have no divine right to be top 4 but it worries me that we are 5th in a year where Arsenal and Liverpool have also both been poor. In the last year we have outspent City, they are top, we are struggling. How has that happened?!? Not all AVB's fault.

Drogba coming back seems like a god send now where as before ACON I was looking forward to Torres getting some games. Maybe Drogba will get that 2 year deal after all.

If AVB is sacked, and normally I'm not one for going back but Jose looks like the best bet. The football was dire at times but it was better winning than not!!

Apparently they had made up, big rumours. Roman would definitely have to swallow his pride to hire Jose.
