    100% correct.

AVB - not a scooby doo.

More negative subs from AVB... time and time again he gives up!

    Yep, Terry aswell.

I just don't understand the logic of the substitutions, Mata off for a striker?! Who on earth is supposed to be the creative spark?!

Lads, it's a sad time. Until AVB is gone or radically changes I am no longer watching or going to Chelsea games. He has probably lost 4th place for us, and pretty much every game this season.

I'll always watch and support the team but something has to be done here and I don't have a clue what to suggest.

Got a feeling AVB will be gone if we lose another.

and Henry wins it for le Arse.

We are in big trouble if Newcastle manage to beat Tottenham.

    Wouldn't be surprised.

This season has screamed out similarities with Scolari's. Players don't seem motivated, bizarre subs and tactical ineptitude.

Well, since the game is over for us - barring a miracle - what's the answer? Sacking AVB and bringing in .... who? Capello? Jose? Hiddink? Part of the problem is that players are being bought for the manager - that wouldn't change under a new manager. Not even Jose.

I'd be prepared to hope we can hang on to 4th spot, and give AVB a chance to bring the players in he wants. He did take on a tough job - renewing and refreshing a great team who have become accustomed to bossing games.

Sacking yet another manager just doesn't sit right with me. There are other factors; insecurity breeds lack of confidence. Too much wealth and success can lead to complacency.

FT. That was bad. Piss poor. And Henry of all people scored the winner in the 91st for the Arse. Bad day. Bad mood. Need alcohol.

We're relying on Tottenham to beat Newcastle to stay in the top 5. Strange situation indeed.

Agree with all of that, especially the alcohol part but I'm finding it incredibly hard to stick up for AVB, 12 points from 10 games is a disgrace. I think he was too young to take on a job like Chelsea and we should've stuck with Hiddink. I want to see AVB succeed but no way do I want to sacrifice a top four finish this year for the sake of it.

I have defended AVB more than most but the time has come to accept he just doesn't have what it takes.
Whether it's his fault or the players for not backing/believing in him doesn't really matter the situation is all that matters and the situation is simple....we will not get CL if he stays in charge.

Gus did it before and can do it again.

    Sorry AVB,wrong time for you.

Though I agree players are also to blame, why the hell does AVB still pick them? He better give the team a kick up the arse or else I reckon we will end up loosing to Birmingham, Napoli and the next Prem game at least. I know Roman has spoilt us, and football clubs shouldn't be run like this, but seriously, this is the first time I actually want the manager out. Even in Scolari's day I had confidence of a top 4...

Just watched the match. Why does AVB keep taking off our best players? Replacing Mata was a joke he was our best player who is the most likely to assist. Should have taken useless Torres off instead. Essien off for Malouda a player who can't attack like a winger and always passes the ball back or sideways. I won't be surprised if AVB is sacked later today or tomorrow. We are drawing and losing far too many games to hold on fourth place. That was a dire performance.

Hiddink for now and if he wants it I don't see why he can't do it longer.
