I was glad he didn't shake hands, it would have been hypocritical and some would say and admission of guilt when he has maintained his side of the story all along.

Saurez admitted to using the words, a panel found him guilty and Liverpool didn't appeal. Now there is literally no evidence to support that Evra was lying but there is some to support that he was telling the truth. You cannot categorically say Suarez is innocent and there is no evidence to support it.
