no, that is what a third party did against Terry. Evra on the other hand, took his subjective opinion on what Suarez said during a heated game and bitched about it on French TV. He then proceeded to change his statement multiple times after that interview. If he wasn't 100% sure what was said, which seemed to be the case, he should have kept his mouth shut.

Hate losing to the Mancs but we didn't really deserve more today. Still got plenty to play for this season. There are problems at times tactically and with some individuals but I still think we are heading in the right direction. I'll have a few beers tonight and forget the game ever happened.
