Very hard game and I wish we had Catts and Vaughan available in the middle to get in there faces and not give Arsenal's midfield time on the ball.

Would be happy with a point and would be ecstatic if we got all 3

Anything could happen out there ...we could lose 1-goal-only record, or play and deservedly win - I just can't call this one at all.

Seb has looked very tired to me for a few games now but apart from Elmo we don't have many options.
Could move Sess to the right and bring Connor or Ji in but he has been playing so well as the support striker in the hole would be a very brave decision to move him.

I would take a risk and stick Elmo on with Seb ready to come on if Elmo is playing as he normally does. You never know though, Elmo might raise his game if given a chance and he does bring more pace to the side.

I've advised someone at school to bet on Sunderland today, so for the sake of my neck I hope we win!

I know its controversial but with the MON effect he might do ok, he has not had a sniff since MON has come in though so he has most likely been as **** in training as he was in games under Bruce. Just think Seb needs a rest somewhere along the line.
