how do we see this one going, we should be comfortable, they have really struggled this season, but the fact it is on sky worries me a little. wednesday also play peterborough tuesday night, do we want wednesday to beat peterbrough and have confidence going into the game with us or lose and peterbrough pick up points again. i would like to see sheff wednesday draw with peterbrough.

Comfortable victory I reckon. Should be nice to finally get to see one on TV and end this "Sky curse" crap.

The reality is we should win all our home games. We have a lot of really tough games coming up (MK Dons, Charlton, Plymouth, Orient) where we almost certainly won't be getting full points, so a home game against a team 16th in the table is a must win.

Sheffield Wednesday to beat Posh by 4.0, then lose 3.0 to us. That's not greedy is it. Wednesday must be due a win, better that they get it out of their system on Tuesday :)

Hopefully Wednesday can help us twice in one week. Maybe they could pull off a draw against P'boro? Please??

On Saturday we cannot underestimate them. They have players that are decent on paper and can cause us problems, so we need to be defensively sound and maybe nick a goal before half time.

I think we can beat them. If we will is a completely different matter. We all know we can win 4-1 on a Saturday and then go and lose 1-0 to Walsall.

    Come on saints.

Just be prepared for a parked bus when Wednesday are here. Posh are going to be all over them on Tuesday. Don't look for any favours there.......

Agreed entirely. While they may be struggling in the league, they do have some good players, especially up front, and Saints are going to have to be on their guard. That said, I think that we have a very good chance of beating them, especially having not had to play midweek and being on our home patch.

Peterborough won not that long ago at home to Weds by 5-3. Weds will give them a game I reckon and could hurt them. Posh have had 4 fairly easy looking games and now are away to Weds, MK Dons and Bristol R. They also have Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Leyton to play. They will drop points over the next few weeks or they will deserve to be ahead of us.

I do feel posh are due a bad game though, they have been strangely consistent as of late and have not been leaking goals as they have been all season I am confident Sheffield wed might be able to get something out of this game.
