That wasn't a good tackle but he got the ball so it was a fair one. Downing is absolutely anonymous. Honestly I have never seen a player less in 45 minutes than him today. I'd take him off for Bellamy, or anyone who would actually run past a player. I swear if there was one blade of grass on the entire Old Trafford pitch, Kuyt would manage to find it and stumble over it. He has the finesse of a lorry, and every ball he touches bounces in the wrong direction. That was a good bit of skill at the end however. I'd still replace him with Carroll.

Not a bad first half but really really really sad to see Suarez blank Evra. He deserves the abuse he gets now, he had a great chance to just be the bigger man and put differences aside. If you really know, think, positive that you are innocent then take it to the real courts and don't continue to drag it out. Fantastic player and so electric and creative but I really thought he was going to put the past behind him. EC, whta did we decide on a draw?
