Qatada has been charged and convicted. I'm not sure why you're debating that. I didn't claim that he was inside for entering the country illegally either, so I'm not sure why you're suggesting I did. I don't hate him. I just don't want to pay for a dangerous criminal to live in this country when he's got no right to be here.
I've gone over this already, Fan. He was charged and convicted for conspiracy to carry out terror attacks. He's locked up in this country awaiting extradition, as he's already shown that he can't be trusted to act in a trustworthy manner, as he broke his bail conditions. He wasn't deported because he claimed that he faced religious persecution in his own country. The irony of this appears to have eluded him.
not in this country he hasnt. As Ken clarke said in he has not been accussed of committing a crime and nobody intends to charge him with anything bail conditions were set without charges too as has now been proven in a british court his deportation was never a big issue until recently and if they had deported him for being an illegal then fair enough. This was not the case AQ is innocent, free him
I am british and as suchh have a right to protest against my countries legal system or any other system to try and stop me is undemocratic and against my human rights or are you just being racist?
Did I say 'in this country', Fan? No, I didn't. Free him? Yep, free him into the custody of any of the 8 countries that want to try him on terrorism charges. Fine by me. His crackpot supporters can pay back the benefits that he's lived on for the past 2 decades, too.
I put your ignorance down to English not being your first language but it's clear you're actually a bit of a simpleton so I'll leave you to it.
