Bush and Blair have never been charged or found guilty of any crime, ergo they are innocent men.

They have never seen the inside of a prison

AQ has never been charged and found guilty of a crime in this country yet spent a decade inside

    that is the point

It's not really the point though is it?

Bush and Blair have no reason to see the inside of a prison because they have never been charged with any crime.

Qatada broke bail conditions in 2008 which is against English law.

And entered the country on a fake passport.

And was involved in a civil war in Algeria.

And preaches hate-sermons against the country he's been granted asylum in.

    What a lovely chap <ok>

That is exactly the point. one lot have never been charged therefore not seen a prison cell
the other one has not been charged and had almost ten years worth

    one rule for one tec

also the bail conditions were for what?

The bail conditions were set for his conditions while outside of prison. The fact that he then broke those conditions and therefore the law proves that he is a criminal.

Totally irrelevant. He broke set conditions whilst on bail and that is breaking English law. That makes him a convicted criminal.

You can try and twist it any way you like but you cannot change fact.

Make what you want of English law, the fact is he's a convicted criminal and that's that.

he is not in prison due to being a convicted criminal

how can you be 'convicted' if you have never been charged?

He's a convicted criminal because he broke the law.

If I was mistakenly arrested and charged with a crime that I was innocent of but then decided to punch a policeman in the face and found guilty I would still be a criminal regardless of how innocent I was of the original crime.

Qatada broke the law while out on bail and is therefore a criminal.

    wrong

If there is no basis for conditions being applied then how can you be breaking them?
