    I don't really drink Lager, but if it's all that's going, I'll plump for Peroni on draft. If invited to a do, I'll bring the Desperados. Bitter, I like anything from the Woodforde's brewery; interestingly, we randomly got a barrell of Great Newsome Brewery's Ploughman's Pride in, which was a great drop. Would be interested to know if any pubs in the city centre do them as I'm returning home soon. We do a great local brew in my local; from the Steamin' Billy Brewery, make a note for March...

    Those pints they serve in a flimsy plastic cup at City are nice...

    I usually do drink bitters actually over lager, but recently these continental cheapos have got me a bit addicted. The case of 8 last night was actually £2.99.

    I don't care if it tastes like the strainings from the devil's jockstrap, that's a deal.

    Timothy Taylors landlord in bottles from Rythm & Booze Prinny ave,expensive but treat yourself because your worth it ! Also go for a pint of Wold top in Larkins bar,a beery heaven <ok>
