Tuesday's the best day by a mile but that's hardly a surprise coming from me with the 'Hurricane' taking centre stage. I actually consider the next 3 days to be slightly, slightly anti-climatic in comparison. Anti-climatic perhaps in the same way as you'd feel when shagging the entire female cast from Hollyoaks but anti-climatic all the same...

RV keeping my powder dry old boy, I've only backed the Hurricane since New Years Day! Tempted to head down to ole Leopardstown on Sunday mind... I see Bog Warrier looks to be out on a retrieval mission at Naas though silly price.

I went last year for the first time and the buzz right from 10.30 was amazing. Had a good luck round for an hour then a couple of pints in the Guiness Villag and before we knew it they were in the pre-parade ring for the Supreme. We invested 25 quid in tickets for the Guiness grandstand (above the village) - well worth it, you get an amazing view of them coming down the hill and up the finish.

Last Instalment on Sunday for me - most impressive last time and have already backed him for the RSA. Also Cash and Go in the Deloitte and quite keen on Shadow Catcher in the first. Cracking card that is though <ok>

Plus that roar you get before the Supremes would be priceless, spine tingling stuff. If only you could bottle the Festival atmosphere and sell it...

Why do you think he can turn the form around with Cash And Go?

Last Instalment looks massive at 5/4 to me considering Bog Warrior won't be running there

I'm hoping Grands Crus goes for the Gold Cup as I think Last Instalment will piss the RSA without GC in the race <ok>

Agree 5/4 Sunday looks very tempting - he was absolutely foot perfect LTO

Odddy I thought he was awesome in the Royal Bond and I just don't think that was his true running last time out. Think he is a better horse than Dylan Ross for sure and I was stunned he finished in front of him last time out. I expect a much better display tmz.

I backed First Lieutenant that last day and not for the first time he was undone by O'Leary's second string... I'd say LI has been one of the most impressive novice staying chasers I've seen all season. Though with Grands Crus in likely opposition at Cheltenham he'd bloody well need to be that and more...He does look the standout bet to me from Sunday's card and to use the well known 'gun to head' expression he'd be my pick also.

RV if Midnight Oil's as highly thought of as he seems to be he should go very close to making a winning debut in that.

Beefy I followed that one on the flat when it was with Luca Cumani - was rated in the 90s. However I have been done countless times backing these high rated flat types over hurdles. I like the look of the one with Ruby on, I know he doesn't get the pick though because Midnight Oil is a Gigginstown horse

I certainly think they'll be trying different tactics - he probably didn't like being in front so long last time .........

Truer words are rarely spoken RV! Give me a National Hunt bred horse 9 times out of 10, over a flashier flat horse especially in Irish winter ground where the men be sorted from the boys!

Beef <ok> I could still end up backing him mind <laugh> depending on prices

Odddy - a strong pace would really suit him <ok>

What about the Hennessy? First Grade 1 for Quel Esprit? Or can Bostons Angel bounce back to form? Or China Rock after his hurdles spin? Looks a tricky race with no real E/W market. One to watch I think

Very weak Hennessey, reflective of Irish staying chasers at the minute sadly. You'd imagine if Quel jumps, he wins though I've a sneaky feeling China Rock will beat him. Wasn't a bad run in the GC as I'm convinced something was amiss the way he stopped...

Was injured 4 out according to the Couch - but I don't believe a word that fat useless ballsack face C U N T says - biggest scam ever that he has a tipping job. A disgrace to the racing industry. I think Long Run will win the GC but the way he talked down about Kauto Star is a disgrace would love to happy slap him with a fish.
