what's this silly phone credit story? was that on the one struggle forum or something? I've checked 3 websites this morning. all 3 of them say he's going to sign today for either 5 or 7.5k a week.
It quite clearly states above where the story came from: Cousin's agent. Would it be easier for you if we illustrated the story with pictures?
"I'm waiting for a call from Craig Whyte. It's very slow," he said. "I feel sorry for Ally [McCoist] because when [former owner] David Murray was in charge things happened. Five minutes later, you were there." "He can go elsewhere for three times the money but he fancied having Rangers Football Club back on his CV in probably his last season in football," "The boy is happy to come back but they have offered him 25% of what he was on in his last contract at Ibrox. "They offered £7,500 then they came back and said 'we'll give you five grand a week'. "It's only 10 weeks. "Ally is doing his very best. I feel sorry for him." "Five minutes later I was on my way to an airport in Lyon, on a private jet into Edinburgh, picked up by Sandy Jardine, job done. "That's the difference."
the "stick boot into whyte bandwagon" must be pretty full by now. what does McKay hope to achieve by saying this? now because of him and his silly comments McCoist will probably miss out on a much need striker. Cheers mate
Willie McKay is a self-serving dick. He's been touting the best young Scottish talent to any no-mark English team that can line his pockets for years. It's still pretty funny.
He called some radio show last night apparently - its taken from that interivew Same interview he said about the phone credit
He's 35 and Birmingham apparently offered him £20K a week to play in the Championship. Can't wait until the money bubble bursts down there. I thought Birmingham were ****ed for money?
Id imagine its agent talk to try and get either rangers to up their offer or tempt someone else to outbid them He'll send Cousin to the highest bidder end off - he'll be getting a cut - and if he is retiring in the summer he'll be wanting as much as possible out of him - regardless of how myuch the player wants to play for Rangers
Someone needs to get Whyte on the blower and find out what's going on. please log in to view this image
McKay was on SSB last night when he made the comment about Whyte running out of credit on his phone. It was clearly a dig at the unprofessional way that Craigy boy runs the club. He's not the first person to make such a claim.
