I heard the other day that the Crowtree Leisure Centre is getting flattened to make way for a brand new state of the art 3 story Primark, that should sway it for him if he has any doubts. And, lets not forget the new Tesco's which is going on the old Bowling Alley site. He'd be mad to refuse when you think about it.
3 story primark, **** all the top boys will be handing in transfer requests now as their wags are gonna want to make the move to wearside, i reckon posh becks will be first in line, and once mrs messi hears the news there will be no stopping her getting on easy jet. jose gonna have his handsfull trying to appease the worlds top players, and tesco next to the stadium, well thats an added bonus so when the hubbies are working on a sat all the wags can go and get their clubcards and value beans.
Don't forget, after they've pounded the aisles of Tesco's searching out all the 2 for 1 bargains they can then go and unwind in Newcastle Road baths or maybe pop into the Transport Club for a few glasses of white wine.

Sorry to burst the bubble, chaps, but Tesco are in the process of building their biggest ever store here in Woolwich, South East London. This is very near to Charlton, and they are having problems down there. It is obvious that that is where the Special One will be going.
but have you got a 3 storey primark? posh was seen cycling to tesco in the bridges but said the parking was ****e, cant wait for the new one to open as theyr'e buying a house near roker park but jose gonna live in south bents cos he's really posh
Not a 3 storey, but it's got a Peacocks next door but one, and a Subway on the corner. New double fronted Poundland not far along from there, and Lidl just around the corner. Plus a Nando's. As for Posh, 53 bus takes you to Deptford High Street for the market. No-brainer. Buy shares in Charlton.

i reckon fiorentino perez the madrid president has got wind off this and made an illegal approach for mr bruce and has turned his head, he has promised him tales off untold wealth, fast cars and faster women, hence why jose has stated he wants to return to england and there is only only club for him, the club he always wanted to manage and he's gonna bring his boys with him. enjoy madrid mr. bruce but dont complain when you run out of duds when you follow through and got no primark to rush off too
