I used the ESPN website for my stats. According to the Premier League site: Walcott - 5 goals, 10 assists, 65 shots, 11% led to goal. Gervinho - 4 goals, 6 assists, 39 shots, 15% led to goal. Gervinho wins again
In a team where no-one ever shoots, I think it's good that Theo is apparently prepared to have a go. Gervinho is older, and it's great that he's productive. Between them, they're responsible for 25 goals so far this season, with Theo responsible for 15, and Gervinho 10. Throw the Ox into the mix and there's 3 good wing-forwards at the club, a situation not encountered for a few seasons. Thus, I don't see why you would sell Theo? What happens then if Ox gets an injury, or Gervinho...with Arshavin likely to leave in Summer, that would leave...no-one any good to come in.
He is too inconsistent. He got 3 assists in the game against a poor Blackburn alone so that tells a story, I'd rather a player who gets less goals/assists but consistently gets them than someone who has 7 poor/indifferent games then one good game.
