    I hope so.
Could disrupt Spurs' season and initiate their downfall.

Plus Wobble Chops would be great manager for England anyway.

I think Redknapp will take on the England job part time and then join the FA full time from the Euros. I'd put money on the FA having already spoken to him about it.

Seems likely Redknapp will be the next England manager. Who else is there? And with a tournie as important as the Euros coming up, the England team need time to prepare, etc. I think the FA should act on this as quickly as possible. Part time manager of England seems like a good option. <ok>

I think we could see a decision on this within a few hours.

Possibly not a statement. But I would think that they are already talking to Spurs and Redknapp.

Fair enough. Thought 'Arry was the favourite though. Guess we'll find out soon enough. Hiddink would make a good manager of England.

I think he could take on the job at arms length for now. The real management stuff will come in the summer.

What? There's one game in between now and the end of the season. How is that going to make a difference?

Like I said, if he takes on the position part time with someone like Stuart Pearce until the summer, then they can manage that game quite easily.

I'm with you, but forcing a 70 year old to do a job he doesn't want is bordering on slavery.

The England job is pretty much part time anyway - it's only at competitions where it becomes a full time job. I don't see any reason why Harry would turn it down, it's his life ambition. I can definitely see him taking it on part time until the end of the season.
