    On this slack day with little football of note; here is a question and a half for you!

    I have trawled the net this morning and found 54 (sad bugger I know), some of them I have not heard of, others are a surprise to me.

    See how many you can come up with.

    Stan Anderson also played fot the Boro which is an even more select as there are only 7

    Yeah, he was upset Newcastle sold him , and they went on to win the FA Cup in 1951 52 and 55 and he won nothing with you lot

    Robbie Elliott definately, Dave Elliott played for the Lads in the 60's, don't know if he played for Newcastle

    Yes there was a Robbie Elliott who played a few games for us in 2006. In fact he was the guy who broke Rory Delap's leg when he made his debut for Stoke on loan from us.
