We hope Jose Enrique is available for United game.

.Glen Johnson performed very well in the absence of Jose Enrique against Tottenham.
Not being a natural left back is not very helpful;Kelly also performed very well in the right back position.
We need both Johnson and Erique for Manchester United game,.

 

Kelly and Johnson will do if Enrique is out, as you say they did well against Spurs.

 

Johnson is very underrated as a defender, he can be a little unaware of what's around him sometimes but he has a good positional sense and times his tackles very well, he's not easily beaten and he's great going forward, he deserves a lot more credit than he actually gets

I honestly think we have the best back 4 in the league at the moment. The balance of it is great, and a lot of the good form is down to Agger staying fit, he's a brilliant player and surely a candidate for Liverpool player of the season, along with Skrtel and Enrique. And of course we do have to thank Steve Clarke too

 

Trouble with GJ playing LB is that he gets a bit lost when attacking.

 

If Downing plays on that side ( which I think he will), it might actually make Downing stay wide if Gleno is the one who keeps cutting in tho
