I do find it strange why Adkins was kept and the rest were all shown the door, something must have been going on behind the scenes for quite some time. It has been a strange season following Leeds, we win a couple on the bounce we all get excited and then the following week we all come crashing back down to earth. At the start of the season I remember some banter regarding if we actually had a better team this season than last, that was before Gradel and Howson left. Looking at permanent in and outs we have lost two and signed Pugh, pretty shocking really. I do think whoever we bring in or give the job to it is going to be a case or rebuilding the team for a long term future, we do not have the quality to work with. You are never going to make Bruce or O'Dea a great CB, Kissa has clearly lost it, Paynter is never going to be a goal scrorer and Mikka and Forssell might as well leave today.
