Adel's passing on Sat was simple and quick. He see's the pass that second faster than most. You're right mate, most of our players seem to need that extra touch and some of our passing is shocking e.g. Barton.

Spot on. Faurlin is the same. Quick and simple, aided and abeted by excellent awareness of what's going on around him. I actually think Tommy Smith also has it. Despite his limitation as far as pace etc. is concerned, I think he is one of our more intelligent players. I think of him as a poor man's Sheringham. He might actually prolong his career by playing a more central midfield role, feeding the forwards.

Agree with comments about Smith he does seem to have a bit of intelligence to his game . I'm also very impressed with Traore who plays the Arsenal way and in my opinion should definately play further up the field . Was more than worried when i saw that MH wants to play Taiwo further forward ,i know its early days but he reminds me of Rufus Brevitt ! I can see why he didn't make it at Milan . Lets hope i'm wrong .
I'm very hopeful we've found a diamond in Diakite lets pray he can distribute the ball and if he can i think Rangers should try to offload Barton at the first opportunity if anyone is as stupid as us to take him .
