    Mr Lambretta - you couldnt be further from the truth although it does humour me to see your accusations.

    I have posted this thread as it epitomises all that is wrong with not606 - a board that I have been a member of now since June last year - a good 6 months before the announcement of 606 closing.

    I joined not606, as I was a football fan but cant stand all of the nonsense that goes by on the SPL thread.

    You have no idea about my outrage. I live in Aberdeen and have friends working in the pacific basin, on the oil rigs. That is why I have decided to once and for all severe my ties with not606 - the vile humans that tell jokes about friends of mine dying.

    You know nothing of my outrage.

    It sickens me to hear that you think I have an agenda.

    You are a vile human being for suggesting otherwise.

    He didn't like me pointing out that he'd so far posted about twenty 'which forum is best' articles in a row and many were anti-not606 threads.

    He posted another 'I'm outraged with not606' article about 4 weeks ago(content now deleted), I keep asking him why the **** he came back today if he was so outraged a month ago, but he's taken to deleting me now.

    You can't delete me on here, can you batty boy **** monkey? :emoticon-0105-wink:

    The average Family Guy episode has harsher jokes than this thread and it's rated PG.

    People need to get a grip of themselves if they are trawling every thread on here looking to be offended - why else would he come back to this forum if he was so offended 6 months ago other than to deliberately get offended again... or push another agenda.

    I am also an admin on 606v2 and I can assure you, it has nothing to do with any of the admins.

    I have asked them all.

    We also dont know who ELC is but we are certain he is not an admin/moderator. There is no one called that on our system.

    Just for the record, I do believe Hero and Sledge have nothing to do with that muppet and 606v2 haven't done anything wrong.

    New-606 on the other hand........that's a different matter.

    Well I wasn't going to jump to conclusions or accuse people, but someone has changed the text in that post now, which would be a very unusual thing to do unless there was something to hide.

    Luckily I had the old unrefreshed version of it open when I refreshed it on another browser.

    The text in the 'King Beer' post has been changed in the last 30 minutes as is evident in the two screens shots. So to summarise to those dozens of guests who are viewing this thread from 606 - and who were directed here by the offended 'ELC'.

    An administrator of another site has been going around 606 posting threads pretending to be outraged at this thread, when in fact all he was trying to do was promote his own site.

    What is worse, tongue in cheek jokes about a tragic event, or pretending to upset about a tragic event in order to try and obtain personal gain?

    It's pathetic.

    1906 NHK is reporting a 6.6 magnitude earthquake in the Nagano area.

    The station is saying the latest tremor is not directly related to this morning's earthquake - which would mean it is not technically an aftershock.
