I seem to remember those free kicks working at the end of last year Hartlepool maybe ? But I agree with you RLGB they rarely work.
That in my opinion is worth an appeal. First was never a yellow, and second certainly not worth a second yellow! What a complete twit Phil Dowd is. Thought Fox might got sent off after that first yellow - just glad it was in last ten. WHAM on the other hand played 90% of the game with ten and still won. Reckon Sharp's chance looked like the best of the game. Anyway... two games unbeaten! Cardiff result went our way. Got to beat WHAM.
Still, a good day for us; I'd have taken a draw here happily, Cardiff lost, and Middlesbrough drew at home to Palace. Second by two points, and the hellish part of our schedule is drawing to a close.
