only 4 games are left to go ahead tomorrow and subject to further inspection they are== shots v gas, bantams v crawley, cobblers v maccs and argyle v southend. possibly the argyle game is favourite to go ahead because they are closest to the less cold air
we have undersoil heating so our game will go ahead, the way we are playing at the moment i wish the bloody thing wasnt working
matt harrold on one of these....................... please log in to view this image thatl be the fastest turn he has ever done
ah but 3 points against tranmere will cheer you up.it is -4 down in deepest devon, football frozen off so bah humbug. i wonder if the gasheads urinal sprinkler system is frozen, still they were at shots, now they can fix the system. i am told bluecol, urine and milk is a heady mixture, still matty h will cope. oh my it has started snowing, now can i get to the pub later. jingle bells etc
youre right on that one mate .i wont be going today got a stinker of a cold and larengitus if thats how you spell it so its a nice afternoon in the warm for me.
and i am hoping plymouth will treat southend as what they are a busted flush. green army, come on you pilgrims. the plymouth result will be of interest to the gas, whereas we hope plymouth win!!
In fairness it's not too cold today in comparison to the last couple of days, but it's not warm enough to warm up and defrost the pitch. I think the frost covers probably act like a thermos flask as well - when it's not too cold and the pitch is already frozen, they might stop the pitch from warming up.
Well played Plymouth - two late goals rescued them a point, meaning we're two points behind Sarfend with a game in hand. Still no snow here.
