We're talking about two of the most porous, disorganized defenses in the EPL here. So, the final score could be almost anything!

  2. What's the betting that Givet got himself sent off on purpose?

Would you want to play for Rover's, at the moment. They look like a team that expects to get beaten every time they take to the field.

  3. The only good news today, is that Arsenal are never going to play an easier game than this.

Hopefully, it will lull them into a false sense of security for when they play away at Sunderland <ok>

Blackburn could do with an experienced international centre-half.
Someone with a lot of Premier League games under their belt.
Someone like Chris Samba or Ryan Nelsen.

I wonder who their new manager will be for the next game?
    Colin Warnock, probably.

Blackburn are really woeful.Do they actually have a defence?

  7. What?!! Are you kidding!

You've not been good, at all. A second division side could beat Blackburn today. They are worse that you were when you got humiliated by Barcelona in the CL, last season, and that really is saying something!

Blackburn are playing just about as badly as I have seen any so-called EPL side play...

    And it's now 5-1.

Arsenal have scored two more goals in the time it's taken me to write this thread <doh>

  8. From Noah Reich: "This is the sort of football we should be seeing from Arsenal more often. Arteta running the show, albeit against a poor Blackburn."

    (Source: BBC Live Scores)

    <doh>

If you try to play like that against us, Bale, Lennon, Walker and VDV will tear your lot a new hole, you complete and utter numpty!

Don't you understand? Haven't you worked it out, yet!

BLACKBURN ARE PLAYING THE WORST GAME OF FOOTBALL EVER IN EPL HISTORY!!!!!

You are not playing well. You are being flattered by a team that doesn't even deserve to be in the football league.

Credit where it's due HIAG, you can only beat the team that's put in front of you, and the Goons are doing it very convincingly. We certainly haven't won by that sort of scoreline this season.

We did beat Liverpool 4-0 I would say that is certainly on a par with this score. But as you say WY you can only beat what is front of you.

  13. Sure, you have to beat the team put in front of your, but Barcelona found out against Arsenal last season, if the other side offer no resistance - and, indeed, bend over, shorts down and arse cheeks parted - winning becomes simply a formality.

What's really getting to me, is that we are already hearing the OTT praise from the so-called professional pundits.

"Oxo is looking like a class act!"

"Henry is back to his inimitable best!"

    "Arsenal are showing their class!"

    Blah, blah, blah! Utter Bollocks!

No one is making the point that Blackburn had simply bared their collective arse to be whipped.

As I said earlier, the only good news today is that Arsenal's numpty squad of players will now begin to believe all the hype, and let themselves down, away to MON's resurgent Sunderland. Oxo will be made to look like the little boy he is, Walnut will revert to his usual headless chicken hat, and Henry will look like an old man without his Zimmer-frame.

    Who?!

Credit to L'Arse, they won comfortably as I expected but they showed a ruthless streak in getting 7. Finally the 8-2 has been cancelled out GD-wise.

HIAG, being unable to admit when Arsenal have done themselves credit is as bad as the WUMs who come on here refusing to accept how well we've done this season. I'm all for having a dig at our rivals, but only when it's justified.

Neil Warnock. His nickname's Colin, because his full name is an anagram of Colin ****er.

  18. So, you're telling me that Blackburn played a creditable game?

You're telling me that that was not one of the worst defensive displays you have ever seen?

And look at this on Twitter:-

From Andy Holmes: "Games like this make the losses to Swansea and Fulham even more baffling and harder to take for us Arsenal fans."

    <doh>

    It makes my blood boil!

You lost to Swansea and Fulham because they actually played at the requisite standard demanded by EPL football. Blackburn didn't.

    Get it now, numpty?

  19. I tell you what.

If you repeat that performance against Sunderland, next weekend, I'll give you the most effusive amount of credit you will ever hear from a Spurs fan.

Until then, I'll stick to my guns and maintain that this was a matter of Blackburn's players bending over and parting their arse-cheeks, rather than any improvement in Arsenal <ok>

Buggery bollocks, they score seven and my fantasy team doesn't benefit one iota from it. Would it have killed you to bring Ramsey on at half time?
