The other thing to remember is that it was quite acceptable to tell jokes about Amy Winehouse and a host of other dead celebs but then it was out of bounds when Gary Speed threw a 7. There was outrage and then, once it all blew over, the same people that complained thought it was ok to post sick comments about the untimely and tragic death of a well respected and much loved world leader.
