Fair enough, I find your opinion to be detrimental to Spurs. You go with the HBIC approach if that's what you want, I just have nothing more to say to you.

The players you quote PNP are all fine, as they are strong/quality players. I would trust any of them v Stevenage.

Form a sentence out of these three words: Yourself, ****, Go.

With whining like that, you'll be a fine replacement for a bin bag at the Emirates.

    What now for Dos Santos
Who shone so bright in the Mexican sun
He played a game that looked so good
Was courted in Spain but was diverted by fun

    What now for Dos Santos
Who came to London so full of promise
He took the money that looked so good
And sat on the bench looking less than honest

    What now for Dos Santos
His days at Spurs must surely be numbered
The bright lights of London have turned his head
With Dos Santos we have been truly lumbered

    What now for Dos Santos
Just pack your bags and off you go
We've had enough of your flattering steps
Just go Dos Santos just go

There is another problem with not rotating the squad more, players who don't play get fed up with never playing. When they do get the chance it's always hard to just step in and play like you haven't been away.I agree that we should be able to play these games without much change as a game a week isn't too demanding.
There is also the fact that the way Spurs play is very fast and attacking, which in itself tires players out more than alot of other teams. This is one price we pay for playing the way we do.
But still think we should be ok with some squad players against Stevenage.

There is no problem rotating per se, indeed I expect some changes from the team that play Toon to the team that play Stevenage.

We've had, and will continue to have natural rotation. A 'fringe player' like Livermore has played a lot of games this season, he's probably had more pitch time than Parker, it will certainly be close. Niko has had game time, Pav, Townsend, Pienaar, Bassong and Carrol all had game time, Defoe's had game time, Cudicini, Dawson and Gallas have had game time, as have Gomes, Sandro and Rose. There's been stacks of rotation. This will continue.

I expect one of Sandro and Livermore to play on Monday, as I doubt that Lennon will start.

The question is not will be there be changes for the Stevenage game, the question is what type of changes? A ludicrous team such as HBIC was advocating would open us to real possibilties of a humiliating defeat.

Putting in strong players like Nelsen if fit, would be fine. It'll be a tough game, and we'll need plenty of tough men like Nelsen, Livermore, Sandro, Dawson out there. Some quality will be vital too, such as Defoe and Kaboul (who happens to be strong too).

We'll see what the team is like when it's selected, thankfully it won't resemble the nonsense suggested by HB.
