The first match of the weekend bites the dust... or maybe that should be frost Aldershot v Bristol Rovers is off - not as big as Birmingham v Saints but I will be very suprised if all championship matches survive

A lot of league one matches cancelled or in doubt..this happened last year and we ended up with a few games in hand. Cold will not stop the Birmingham match (they're tough up there) but snow is a different issue.

St Mary's doesn't actually have undersoil heating I believe - correct me if I'm wrong - does St Andrews?

SMS doesn't have heating because cost was not warranted, but surely Birmingham must have as heavy frost must be very common oop north (technically midlands).

Unless the health and safety tossers wade in and postpone a game just because it is a little bit slippery outside the ground

Birmingham have already warned people to take care outside the ground, so presumably slippery already.

I wonder if West Hams game is in doubt - apparently up to 10cms of snow forecast in London overnight, do they have undersoil heating?

Have a bad feeling that this game should have been played at 3.00...the late start could get it cancelled.

Allright for some, I've got to go via London Euston which is where they had all of the delays today because a train came off the rails on the line going to Birmingham which could cause delays all weekend without the bloody snow! So, potentially, the journey could be a ****ing nightmare for me! :headbang:

I think I'll be fine - miraculously found a timetable for the trains between London Euston and Birmingham for tomorrow! ;)
