<laugh> too busy listening to Chesterfield more like.

UAE Derby is the one I think, another stupid race that isn't worth the hassle for me. Saying that the prize money would be handy.

    <cracker> woolly great stuff.

as for the national my big fancy was Calgary Bay but back to back wins seem to have put that one to bed.

Yesterday I watched Cooldine with interest. I think Paddy Mullins never really got him into contention in a race in which he was travelling very very well. My first thought was that the plan is to try and get a few lbs off him for the national. 50/1 is tempting but I haven't really studied the entries.

oh and Steve Gerrard for captain <ok>

As it seems to be a pre-requisite that the England Captain has exemplary moral fibre maybe we can get Thora Hird to do it?

Nass I now agree with you in regards to the BBC Sport website - starting to get on my nerves far too much yellow on and has not got a decent structure at all. Piss poor

Congrats Wooley!..you might need a snow plough to get him home mind you.

Re the GN,always best to wait until the weights come out.Having said that,PS and his h'capping team are determind in turning the race into a narrow limited handicap.Little interest at this juncture with the entry, despite being talked up,lacking any star quality.

On the old football front I don't think we have any candidates without a criminal record or a roasting/family member sex scandal to their name.We should start looking at the genealogy of some foreign talent and repatriate them under FIFA rules..everyone is at it..<whistle>.

We won't be competitive at this WC and need a manager that despite getting £6m a year couldn't be arsed learning our language..<laugh>...Oddy's ready for the German job and me for the Spanish one for that matter..<laugh>
