I heard them say that Leeds next five games are games that they can win. One of the reasons why they sacked Grayson, saying "Shut that door" on your way out, to make it easier for the new man. Well what about our next four games.....we could expect wins against Blackpool and Peterborough, with points against Leicester probable and Ipswich maybe. All our turnaround games so far have reaped a minimum of four points from the two games: Nottingham Forest 6 points Reading 6 points Portsmouth 4 points Southampton 4 points Blackpool 4 points?
Blackpool and Leicester are "must not lose" games and Posh is a must win. Sod's law though that we would go to Ipswich just when they are on a decent run of form. Last week I would have said we would win there but after their demolition of the Spammers, who knows?
I'm not convinced we'll beat Blackpool. If we play on top of our game, we won't have a problem. If not, Blackpool are well capable of taking this one. Posh, Foxes and Tractors are less of a problem imo. Those three should provide us with a decent win at the CCS and at least 4 points from the other two on the road. We could also have a couple of decent loanees in for the Ipswich clash - I wouldn't be surprised that they've already been lined up by Malky and the board.
Blackpool - revenge win needed think we'll get all 3 Peterborough - always seem spring results against us, I'll say 3 points here Leicester - banana skin potential a point probably Ipswich - another club that seems to do well against top sides but 3 points are achievable 10 points from 12 isn't too shabby.
I knew that Kimo Sabi. They're a bit like us last year - a collection of reasonably talented players indiviually who can't seem to get it together collectively. No question that we can beat them up there on the day with our new-found approach under Malky - Blackpool under Holloway are quite the opposite to Leicester and could do us good and proper on Saturday if we're not on our own game. This is one game (along with the Hammers in March) that I've really been looking forward to at the CCS. As Taff just said - I'll take 10 from that 12 anyday.
