We are running out of tissues after last night and the MON email says, it was a pleasing performance. When they are down he lifts them and when they are on an high he just grounds them, just reminds them they need to do it all over again. I have taken Oscas photo from above my bed and put Marties up, Osca is not happy but seems to be sleeping easier.
You do make me laugh Syd - yesterday I thought we would get turned over by Norwich, how dare I think that. Never again will I doubt the lads and that man. How does he do what he does... It's bloody amazing..!!!
The lads that sit around me all said "I can hear the bubbles bursting tonight" before kick off... Then at half time I couldn't see a face that wasn't smiling in the ground!! I think we all have that little "negativity" in our blood - comes from being a Sunderland fan I suppose - how many of us said that we'd be happy with 4 points from Swansea and Norwich?? Quite a few I think - and prior to either game I probably wouldn't have been disappointed with that - but 6 from them both is tremendous (and 5 fantastic goals - Ayala's OG may have been a scrambled one at the end but watch the football we played leading up to it - tremendous - and Bardo really shouldn't try to slide on his knees!!!!!)
