I keep on losing, lost the last 3 games, 2-0 all of them. Man City Wolves and Newcastle. The man City one ok, but the other two I would aim for a point, Annoying thing is that in the Newcastle game I knew that it was going to happen and it did, Russell scored his fifth of the season, my captain last season who I sold to them for 1.8 million with it rising to a max of 3 million, he is well worth it.
Is it me or have you posted every single pointless update from your Gillingham team on this thread?! to be honest, nobody really cares whether your team have beaten Man City... or that you're buying a new reserve goal keeper. don't you have your own part of not606 where you have your own fans who you can share these pointless updates with? because I really don't give a toss about Gillingham and few people on here would've even heard of Gillingham if it wasn't for being stuck in the tin pot league with you for a year.
Don't read it if you don't care. It just interesting to see how other people are doing. Giving each other tips on how to play and which player to sign.
Im in the Premiership now, so the stuff I post may interest you as I have been telling you about good players.
Yeah but it was with the fee rising to a max of 1 Million but the good thing is that I sold him just before I had to pay much more, I only ended up paying 201k, which is great, but he was near the end of his contract when I got him, if I really had time to wait I could have got him for free as long as no one had come in on time, but I was happy with how much I paid, but he is worth 4.2 million now.
Just got my first win in ages, was 3-0 up and was well happy, but had a struggle and won 3-2 Hobbs first goal and a first goal for my French Midfielder who is young and I had not really started I am well happy as it moves me just a few points away from the relegation zone. Planning my young signings for the January transfer window and the players I will get rid of, Jay Rodriguez wants out as he wants a massive contract I can't give. I have five regens lined up, 2 have signed so far and a third is close to signing for me, it is up to him, all from Portugal. 1.3m upfront rising to 2.5 million Around 900k, total price 600k upfront rising to 2.3 million Updated this is now completed.
Well the winning run lasted long, well one game, this one may interest, Crouch hattrick 3-4 defeat for me, we tried to fight back but we ****ed it up I just signed a regen striker for 2.2 million with it rising to 4 million I have also just completed the signing of my new midfielder all ready for the January transfer window. 1.8 million rising to 4 Million
Avoid Relegation. I am well annoyed with my game against west ham, a team who are in trouble with me and I lose 1-0, now 1 win in 6. They are 19th and I lose, but look at the time, LOL, can't get much worse I might play a bit of it tomorrow other wise I will play more on Friday and the weekend. My next game will be away at 20th place Stoke, I need to win that otherwise I am in trouble.
I am well pissed off with my team now what a **** game I have just had against bottom team Stoke if we can't win against them then how will we stay up. Lots of goals again, and we are conceding a lot too. 4-3 We score 3 and still lose, 2 times we have done that, mad as Gillingham have done that in real life lately. Conceding 4 is mad against a bottom side what do I do. First goal in the Premiership for Emmanuel Thomas and a first ever goal for the Spanish lad with the long name, second goal for Sturridge. This is not what I needed either.
Finally got FM12, and just started my first season in the Premiership. Didn't make a tonne of additions in the Championship, but went up in the first year via the playoffs and a lucky win against Birmingham, who'd had their way with me earlier in the year, but were done in by a Lambert header (his 30th of the year) and an early straight red by Zigic. Now that I've gone on a spending spree, my lineup looks like this: GK: Joe Lewis DR: Lee Hodson CB: Nedum Onuoha (loan) CB: Rafael Toloi WBL: Danny Fox/Claudio Lustenberger DM: Adam Vass MR: Alex Chamberlain (loan)/Jason Puncheon MCL: Valon Berisha AMCR: Erick Torres AML: Adam Lallana STC: Vaclav Kadlec If it isn't apparent from the positions, I use a really bizarre formation. Guessing that my team is good enough to stay up, but probably not better than 14th or 15th this year...half of my starting eleven are still in their teens. Heh, if I get relegated, it'll be pretty ugly; I'm paying off many of the transfer fees of the above through the next century, so a winding-up petition could be in my future.
