Cameron has got to be careful... Whilst only responding to a question, he implied that HMRC should change their approach. FIFA rules clearly state that football is not allowed to be dictated to by politics, imagine if HMRC acted on this and cut them even more slack. While I will be the first to admit that Blatter is a complete tool, surely he would have just cause to query this. I don't want to see them go under, but can't help thinking a phoenix club is the best way forward for all the Pompey fans who deserve a say in how the club is run...
I went to pompey once too, and I want my money back. The tower is a huge rip! But they did offer free sweets and shoeshine outside the toilets nearby. The bit that concerned me most of the whole experience though was the fact that 2 different mouthwashes were available in the men's toilets. What exactly do people get up to in those cubicles to require mouthwash afterwards?!
Th most surprising thing for me is that there are cubicles! I thought it would just be a wall, and a hole in the ground.
