Sodje was 29 when he joined Leeds, hardly past it as a CB, and what about Paul Huntingdon signed as a young star and a real steal at the time......how many times did SG play him before he moved him on........or was he past it in his early 20's.

Kis the point I was trying to make was that he was very highly rated when he signed for us, then went down hill after SG took over. I know he is now playing at a lower level but still gets a lot of man of the matches and a regular in the division team of the week awards.

Saw Huntingdon play against Colchester a couple of months back and he was truely dire. It really doesn't take much to be considered a decent defender in League One.

Sacking grayson is like giving someone paracetamol for a headache caused by a brain tumor - treat the disease not the symptoms, bates out.

Me. I said when he got sacked it makes no ****ing difference who we get as manager with the stupid, unnecessary restrictions in place, which I genuinely believe is not down to money so much as down to bates wanting control over people. I was wrong, Warnock has been worse.

Me. I said at the time that sacking Grayson was a huge mistake and that Warnock is not a good manager. I almost got killed for that<yikes>

The only thing I got wrong was that Warnock is not a good manager. I thought he was at the time, but that he'd struggle to do any better than Grayson without proper backing. He's currently doing significantly worse than Grayson, and it's not even entertaining football to soften the blow.

So much for the "gung ho" approach. Get a manager who knows how to play proper football, then get a chairman willing to invest in the academy, hold onto our best and shell out of decent additions.

There is no way of knowing if Grayson or Warnock are the issue. Wait until the new boys give him 20 million in January and see what he does with it

GFH Capital don't currently have £2, never mind £20m. They needs investors to buy into the scheme to be able to provide the funds for the club.

A mate of mine's a big Leeds fan; he reckons that in 46 years of going to Elland Rd (on and off) that that was his worst experience. As a Cardiff fan, I've taken no small amount of pleasure in ribbing him, especially as we've become a bogey team for you in recent years. Anyway, it seems clear that Bates is a four letter fella (no, it doesn't take a genius) who's screwing your club into the ground. Now, whilst I wouldn't want to rush to seeing Leeds being 'great again', I would say (for sure) that he's the problem, not the manager. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but ... how do you solve a problem like Kenny?

If you think the last 6 games have been bad, take a look at our upcoming fixtures. I honestly can't see us getting ANY points before we play Chelsea. We've only won 5 for crying out loud and 3 of those victories were against teams in the basement. We haven't got a clue how to beat teams in the top half of the table. It's time Warnock stopped talking about how many players he needs. What message does that send out to the squad? You would think they'd be bursting a gut to keep their place but it seems to me to have the opposite effect. When anybody asks me who do I support I avoid saying LUFC because I'm too embarrassed.
