It all sounds like fairly sensible, standard stuff. Apart from the 5th point. I don't know how you can take any confidence or belief from being completely outplayed for 160 out of 180 minutes. I'm not trying to wind anyone up here, just being honest <ok>

Van Persie being fit is a bigger boost to Arsenal than Fabregas in my opinion.

Debatable. We are never the same team when Fabregas is missing.

Well Fabregas never seems to perform against us for some reason.

Clearly we would still be better off with him in the team.

Any news from your mod regarding injuries!? Ferguson spoke up yet.

Doesn't everyone get outplayed when playing this Barca team!? Think we done well to be within a goal of them.

He said Liverpool were the better team and deserved to win but didn't mention Carragher's tackle on Nani.

Ofcourse that will be completely ignored though because it doesn't fit the claims that he always blames the officials and is never gracious in defeat.

Pretty sure if he was directly asked a question about the tackle he would have gave an opinion.

We've lost 4 times this season. 3 times Sir Alex has praised the opposition and criticised his team, once he has complained about the officials.

So rival fans and section of the media make out that he always blames the officials and is a sore, ungracious and bitter loser <doh>

Stop talking ****. He moans about ref's as much as most other managers, Including our own.

If he moans as much as the next manager how come opposition fans are always highlighting SAF's complaints and not others?

That may be the case. I have no idea if it is or not. Does not mean he has not done so in the past, plenty of times.

He doesn't complain all the time though, more often than not he is gracious and congratulates the opposition but this gets ignored.

Of course it gets ignored. What do you expect? Only controversial things are discussed and put in the media!

Whom, along with many rival fans, try and make out that he NEVER admits when the better team have won and is ALWAYS ungracious which is completely untrue.

The same is said about Wenger. I know it's not true so does not bother me.

Did Ferguson not refuse to speak to the media after the pool game, even kept phelan from talking and banned players from talking to the media.
