Didn't Smith crock one of our players once? In some ways I feel sorry for him. He is an old-fashioned player who loves to play and moving to Manchester United turned out the wrong move for him. Then he has had a series of bad injuries. But he is reckless and irresponsible on the pitch (rather than sneaky and spiteful, I would say) and this makes him a danger to other players' livelihoods and, of course, to his own.
Tubes is a punt on a goalscorer, good luck to bournemouth on that, i wouldnt have spent that on him for us. I fear Sharp may find starts limited, he's been known to hit dry spells before. It's true haynes & Clarke may prove better value. Was nice to see Clarke looking dangerous & hungry at Exeter on Saturday, Haynes looks like he could be very dangerous indeed with more minutes in the pitch. Our big 'signing' is getting Stephens back. Pritch has been immense and I don't advocate dropping him, but his 10 minutes showed his class again and what we missed. Get through Tuesday without selling anyone and we'll have had as good a transfer window as any in the Football League

I was going to add, that there is still a slight concern about our ownership structure, which is a bit of a mystery, but having being like Varney involved is comforting.
Money doesn't seem to be much of an issue for bournemouth since they've been taken over by a locally residing Russian Millionaire/Billionaire. He's redeveloped the car park and has just been given the go ahead to build a 600k+ all weather training facility outside the ground. They also have plans to build a two tier stand at the open end of dean court with hotels behind it. Looks like they mean business...Good time to get out of this league me thinks! They might wanna buy Wiggins and Hollands back off us if we don't!!
Don't worry boys- when we are in the prem the year after he next then we have to make all investors public. Expect the club to be "bought" again a day before that deadline
bostock to wendies. originally had me worried. but then i thought about it. hasnt played first team for 2/3 seasons. plus...how the hell is bostock going to flourish under megson`s hoof ball? i hope im not proven wrong.

That is going to be one hell of a big jump - just about comparable to the gap that Chris Dickson tried to bridge, isn't it? Good luck to him, but not against us, one hopes.
