Now that was wicked! Wearing a dustbin lid was regarded as cheating.

Are we talking throwing arrows? Length of string, piece of dowel, dart head and playing card flights?

Aye Bobby - soak 'em in vinegar and bake 'em. Always do a treble knot in the shoelace to cushion the blow and stop it splitting when clobbered.

That was iff you were well off. Otherwise it was a whittled down branch, a 6" nail and a piece of string on the tail.

I started in the lower leagues with a whittled branch, a piece of flint, cardboard and a shoe lace and won my way up to a posh arra. We played 3 throws each and first to move was out, I loved going first :)

Well I say a piece of dowel but what I really mean was an old piece of asbestos broken away from my bedpost and when I say string I mean a broken shoelace and when I say dart head I mean a shard of broken glass and when I say playing card I mean Woodbine box. These youngsters don't know they're born. They don't.

Remember having to dislodge an arrow from my cousins thigh. Not happy I can tell you.

I beat the #1 team on Fifa 11 too, probably a different team though as they changed all the time. It was seriously a back to the walls 1-0 snatch and grab.

Fifa 12 clubs is good but so dodgy, when I play as any really bizarre things happen, like tap A to pass but for some reason it passes to the furthest player/gives the ball away. This doesn't happen in normal head to head, only clubs. Because of this and the incompetence of my clubmate, we have to play clubs with the computer controlling the rest of the team. Our record at the moment is about 100W 12D 20L or thereabouts, but I have to say that we dominate teams 99% of the time, and most of those losses are from complete bad luck, like kicking it straight at keeper at 1mph only for him to fall over his own feet, whilst their goalkeeper is unbeatable.

    End of rant.

P.S. I will play you on the weekend perhaps, gamertag is M0LES2K (thats a zero not an o)

    :emoticon-0119-puke:

But you don't understand just what I mean. I've started recording my games, so I'm going to make a little montage of the bits where the game basically decides it wants the other team to win.

Oh and I don't mean possession, that's generally pretty even. Meant more shots on target/through on goal/hitting the woodwork

Passive - you're talking to a dinosaur here mate. I have trouble setting the video recorder.

If you've got the energy after pressing all those buttons, nip down to your local park on a Sunday morning and watch some of the youngsters playing the game. You'll get some fresh air and a great laugh watching over a dozen under 11's all within 10 yards of each other chasing the ball at the same time. <laugh>

Once you progress to the under 14's, that's when you see the product of good coaching as the lads spread out and start passing the ball - you won't learn that on a play station - no offence like. :emoticon-0105-wink::emoticon-0105-wink:
