don't know where to post this but... John terry pleaded not guilty today in his case, the date for the hearing amazingly has been set for JULY AFTER THE EUROS END. I find that amazing, i am deeply troubled that due process can be brushed aside for england and have ZERO doubt that the FA will take no action at all now. All we can say is england could flop and terry could well be the scapegoat in the end..... thats the only karma that can occur in this basic disgrace but that affects us as england fans as well. One law for one, no law needed if you play for england.
I posted about the same thing on the banter thread today. Absolute mockery of the FA's so called zero tolerance of racism. So far not word from Gordon Taylor and Co who were like greyhounds out of the traps to condemn a foreign player was recently accused and subsequently found guilty of a similar charge by the FA. Except in JT's theres clear video evidence of an offence,and Anton Ferdinand will have waited 9 months for justice because Chelsea and England need his services until the summer. And should he get off with it in court the FA cant charge him or he'd sue them for slander.
