Dave, re rb, maybe the gaffer played rusty yesterday so he doesnt have to travel to sunderland? Tierney or drury to play lb and naughton returned Must say Frazier campbell looked better than c wick today
I wouldn't bank on an easy win. Pearson rates the cup and will put out a full strength team (as will Norwich) but we're starting to gain momentum and we're looking like the team we thought we'd be at the start of the season. Hopefully we'll have a winger or two by the 18th and we'll come and play our passing game and get in your faces. Not an interesting tie, but I wouldn't be surprised if we get a replay or nick a win.
You're right, not an easy game at all, but I don't really agree about it not being interesting. Who was your player that wore white tights in a cup game against us years ago
The reason he wore the tights was because his missus found them in the glove box of his motor. Thinking on his feet instead of with his knob for a change, he told her they had trained in them and was going to wear them the next cold match!
Great draw for us foxes---home would have been better but an underperforming prem team is great for us------------we will pass you off the park
.........naughton is not allowed to play in the cup at the request of his parent club. i'm assuming the cup final is after his loan is over and they want him to be available if they reach the final.
Crawley have just sold Matt Tubbs to Bournemouth Wtf is that about with a healthy league position and a lucrative cup run occurring?
its a very good draw for us. its tricky enough for us to know we have to play well to win, but its a game we should win. if we go out to leicester i will be pretty disappointed. had we gone out to west brom it wouldn't have bothered me in the slightest. now we are in round five with a home draw against lower league opponents we should focus on making it through to the quarter finals. with the semi's played in the capital, we are only two games from wembley at this stage! we should throw all we have at leicester in my opinion
