In an astonishing week of high scoring, Mad Milburn extended his lead with an excellent 25 points, which was just one short of the season's best. Killie61 continued his climb away from the bottom with an excellent 22 points. Unfortunately I have to inform you that we are currently being investigated for alleged match-fixing as more than half our tipsters predicted that Rangers captain Steve Davis would score the first goal at Ibrox yesterday, even though his brace DOUBLED his tally for the season For me the highlight of the weekend was Killie U-14s beating Air U-14s in the half-time shoot-out at Hampden on Saturday. No sooner had the young Killie forward slotted home the decisive goal when our part of the North Stand burst into a redition of "One for Colin Neverwull". Priceless. However, the celebrations late into the night in the Kadi-Koi were a close second. 1. Mad Milburn.. 70 48 51 118 287 [CLL=3][WBS] 2. Killie Colin. 79 48 51 .94 272 [PLC][FOK] 3. Aye - right enough. Priceless when the compere said he didn't know what to do as there was nothing in his rules covering fouls.
The Killie keeper taking out *** lad was fantastic!!! Just hope he doesn't do that in proper games Did think the bloke would have let them try again mind. Two different styles keeping there, Killie lad coming out narrow the angle whilst jumping one foot to the other trying put them off whilst *** lad just stayed on the line till last minute almost. Least we won which was no more than we deserved but shooting/finishing was dreadful. My old man turned round said game as a whole was worse than the 1990 Scottish Cup Final which I believe still makes Celtic fans come out in a cold sweat.
