I dont want to lose Bamba but i wouldnt cry if we did.

I think weather we like it or not i think Tunchev will have to leave soon, we cant keep a player who cant keep fit. I know its not his fault and i know how good he can be but there is only so long we can stick by him

Apart from with Matt Mills when we had an offer accepted for him can anyone think of when our official site has stated something like this. Even if we have accepted or rejected an offer for a player

They are so far behind even when we sign a player

I wouldn't want to lose Bamba myself, I think if anything he should be tried in midfield but as a character in the LCFC play (or pantomime) he's not quite ready to be killed off, yet

I can't believe people are so happy to let Bamba go based on this story! I think Tunch should go out on loan again and let some other club getting him to where he needs to be and have we'll have St Ledger and Bamba as back up.

Regarding Tunch - I thing Forest may need a centre back soon...

    Heres a stat for you

Every game except Portsmouth away that Mills and St. Ledger have both started together we have kept a clean sheet

I think Mills and St. Ledger look alot better as a partnership and we look more solid as a team

Whilst I won't deny that Mills & St Ledger have been playing well because they have. But I wouldn't say that the reason we looked better as a team was because Bamba wasn't playing; I think it was more to do with the greater work ethic we showed and the better defensive shape and pressing without the ball - coupled with the increase in tempo and movement with possession. Those were footballing basics that we weren't doing before.

As for Bamba, of course he still has a part to play. I think he has every technical attribute you would require in a defender but he just needs to get the mental side of his game right with things like decision making and positioning. I actually feel that under NP's management, Bamba could really flourish because he will help to iron out those flaws.

As for who will leave, I think that given SSL still remains on the transfer list (and he couldn't have done more in recent weeks to get himself off it) we can infer that he will probably be the one to go <ok>

I think Tunchev should be the man to go because of the injuries. Its not his fault i know and i know how good he can be but we cant let someone like Sean St. Ledger go just because we know how good Tunchev can be.

Who ever plays next to Bamba doesnt have a clue what he is going to do which makes there job alot more difficult. Im not saying he is a bad defender but i think he might be better off playing further up the pitch

I think we will get Morgan as he is only on 5k a week at Forest. We could easily double that.

So with Sean St. Ledger off the transfer list and it looking like we are going to get Wes Morgan who is on there way out. Tunchev or has someone got Bamba lined up

Yeah i've seen it on FT <ok>

    Bamba, Mills, Tunchev, SSL, Morgan.

Each of them could walk into most sides in this league.

Remember the days of Hobbs, Morisson, Brown, Tunchev? <laugh>

This is the problem, none of them are going to want to sit on the bench, i see an upset coming.

In all seriousness though, Hobbs, Brown (in our first championship season) and Tunch (in league) were damn good at the time. They may be washed-up now, but not back then. Morrison was always a bit of liability.

When we had Hobbs, I thought he'd play for England one day. I felt sure a prem club would come in for him...but look where he ended up. Must be depressing for the lad.
