If you like Japanese food try Fuji Yama on Bath Lane, this is a Teppan Yaki restaurant where you sit around the large griddle surface and the chef cooks all the food in front of you, used to go in there as an alternative to Chinese when we had european and cup matches mid-week before kick off, no sushi which I am not a fan of.

I have and it's lush!! Sainsbury's do a good one too! My Sunday dinner often consists of Moroccan spicy cous-cous and a hot roast chicken from the deli. Flippin lovely!

Coincidentally i was on their site earlier:

Turkey + Ham = 266 kcal ("6" Sub values include wheat bread, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers and onions.")
of course i probably get about 100 kcal of southwest sauce on it.

If you're only having one as a snack it's a lot, but if it's a meal replacement it's really not that much considering maintenance calories (i.e - what you'd burn if you were in a coma) for the day is probably 2000-2500+ for your average bloke.

The pacific bar in the town has a restaurant upstairs that does really nice meals and has healthy options for a decent price, plus if your lucky you'll see a footballer, a few of our team have been known to drink there.
