Would really, really like to see this team for Wolves

    Reina - nuff said
Kelly - Jonno better on attack,Kelly better defenseively,Kelly aerial threat just nicks it
    Skrtel - Playin Well
    Agger - Class
Jose - Best defensive LB in the prem
Spearing - If fit allows Stevie to get forward
Dirk - Finding form again, now a miles better RM than striker
Downing - Finding a bit of form, MUST play on LW
    Stevie - nuff said
    Bellamy - Class
Carroll - Build on his best performance for a while, team may realise that " Andy working" is as much about his team mates as Andy himself.Kuyt's excellent movement off the ball, gave Andy a great option and target to head the ball into, which created the goal. The players around Carroll have to make the right movement just before Carroll gets the ball to give Andy a chance, if there movement is shi*te Carroll doesnt have any options

Feel a bit guilty leaving Henderson out a he is improving constantly

Start Bellamy on the bench tbh and have Henderson in his place. We need Bellamy fit and fresh for the big games.

Bellamy to start against Wolves and Man Utd (and miss the Spurs game) thats how I'd do it. We'll have Suarez back for the Spurs game so it won't be as big a blow for us missing Bellamy.

Humm. As JJ said we need Bellers for Spurs. I'd play:

    -----------------------Reina------------------------

    Johnson------Skrtle----------Agger----------Jose

    Downing-----Henderson-----Gerrard--------Maxi

    ---------------Carroll---------Kuyt----------------

I'd rather not play Downing but we do not have much choice other than to bring Adam in and put Henderson there. I don't Adam has merited a game of late.

Kuyt and Carroll have to start because they're both in form. Wouldn't be fair to leave Andy of the bench.

    --------------Reina----------------
    ---Kelly--Skrtel--Agger--Johnson---
    Kuyt-Hendo--Adam--Gerrard-Downing
    -------------Carroll-----------------

That's what I'd swing for against wolves. Jose's looked a bit off lately, give him a break, Kelly played well, give him a rewarded extended game time, Downing and Carroll played well so they start again and Kuyt also retains his spot. Keep Bellamy fresh on the bench and hopefully Spearing can get a few minutes at the end if he's fit.

Gotta say disagree with your formationn and selection

Maxi shouldnt play , he had a stinker yesterday AND v Bolton. Our good performances v City and last half hour yesterday has coincided with Maxi not being on the pitch
Kuyt should play on the right, where is form as improved in the last 2 games
Downing should play on the left , where is form has improved in the last 2 games

Bellamy MUST start having not started v United and with Suarez available v Spurs

    Reina
    Kelly Skrtel Agger Jose
    Dirk Gerrard Spearing/Hendo Downing
    Bellamy Carroll

    Mine would be:

    Reina
    Jonno Skrtel Agger Enrique
    Kuyt Hendo Gerrard Downing
    Carroll Bellamy

I would play Bellamy because he played a bit part yesterday and Suraez will be back for the game after.

Thats a pretty good side perhaps theres an arguement to play Kelly RB,Johnson LB, as Jose was probably our weakest defender yesterday and it rotates the squad

It could be best, but I think Enrique is fine. Just had an off day, but I would welcome Kelly and Jonno playing and have Enrique and Suarez fit and ready for Spurs.

Fair points - but surely we need Bellamy for Spurs? If Kuyt plays on the right then that would leave Carroll up on his own - have you not seen what happends when this is the case. I've left Maxi because he can pass a ball.

I can see your selection working - but take Bellamy out of that and you've got a few problems.

For me I'd leave Bellamy out so we have both Bellamy and Suarez for Spurs -

    Id go for

    -----------------------Reina------------------------

    Kelly------Skrtle----------Agger----------Jose

    Sterling-----Henderson-----Gerrard--------Downs

    ---------------Carroll---------Kuyt----------------

Sterling on the right is a risk - but ffs we need to test him sooner or later, I think he'll cope fine and if not change it up at half time. That's the reason Ive gone for Kelly rather than Johnson - just incase Sterling needs a better 'defender' behind him.

Bit of controversial line-up, but Id definitely see how it goes.

Think Enrique wasnt bad yesterday, just slightly below par say 6/10, with Agger/Skrtel 8/10 and Kelly 7/10

Part of the problem yesterday was Rafael was probably there MOM,and Valencia is a good player, but Maxi was terrible in front of Jose and offered ZERO protection, when the subs where made on 60 mins, the balance of play totally changed, we were totally dominated the 1st 60, but well played well the last 30

Just know Kenny wouldn't bleed Sterling in just yet, however if Bellers doesn't start I guess Adam will and Hendo would be pushed out on to the right. Anyone know when Spearing is back...**** I miss Lucas (and LDC). <ok>

I know Sterling wont start - I just can't wait to see him leave defenders for dead!

Same. How old is he now? It's important not to bleed him too early and burn them out like Owen, and perhaps Fowler.

I heard when having a pi** would you believe at the match yesterday in the background somebody say ( maybe rubbish ) that LFC had bid for Zaha from Palace yesterday. If thats true a think a great idea as sweetener would be to send Raheem on loan to Palace for the rest of the season

Well he's literally just old enough to sign a pro contract - so does that make him 17?

    I might be wrong - unfortunately I never signed a pro-contract <laugh>

Surely getting Zaha would be counter productive to having Sterling bled? I watched Zaha against Cardiff - seems quite good actually.

Interesting - a loan option at Palace wouldn't be a bad option. Especially if we get someone from it too.
