Skip this tune to about 3:30 in.
I challenge anyone to find something that gets you better motivated (it's even called persistence ffs)

    never give up, never surrender!

If you like it i suggest "buying" tidy euphoria, which is where i first heard this tune.

Wolfmother are a good band to crack on to aswell <ok> I used to be up at 5 every morning to go for a run while training when I was running cross country and Cosmic Egg & the Wolfmother album are ace. Check out White Feather, Woman & the Joker & the Thief. Also the Kinks are the dogs for training in my opinion, had theyre greatest hits on for two weeks straight when I used to go the gym a few years back, proper upbeat and keeps you rocking on suprisingly.

I'm a a self confessed Trance Addict, but I dont like it for the gym unless it's of a harder ilk, ie. Joop, Simon Patterson, Sean Tyas...

I love a bit of Above and Beyond in the bath after I've been on a long run tho.

For anyone who likes the more "chilled" side of Trance check DJ Hooligan - Hear you now (Grand Chillas Remix). Excuse the name, but it's an AMAZING track.

Ha ha Ronski Speed used to be a secret dirty fetish of mine. I think Armin played one of his first tracks (Soulseeker?!) and that was it. Hooked.

My favourite people at the minute are probably Myon and Shane 54 or Kyau and Albert. Unadulterated cheese.

Heard the 1st track before, but not that remix (which was excellent btw)
the other 2 were awesome as well
The full version of Marcel Woods - Advanced is on youtube i think, i just grabbed the top one though.

Here's some hard house for something a bit more high energy (if you like that sort of thing):

Till tears do us part, the all time classic (tidy boys are awesome)

Wid and Ben - Fight yourself start it at about 1:15:

Can't beat a Samuel L. sample, and an awesome(freaky) image, Music is the Drug, start at about 1:15 as well:

    Tell me what you think.
