I have been thinking about things tonight and have come to the conclusion that this could have been sorted out sooner and JT has not done himself any favours with his contradictions over the incident. I have been impressed with AF's approach and hasnt tried to gain favour points etc.

The fans of CFC that are letting the club, team, and football in general down and the sorts of comments that has been written, blogged and said is disgusting. AVB stating that both should shake hands is again stoking the fire by heaping pressure on AF to do something which he may or may not want to do, just to keep the peace. If this happens I would have thought that would be used as evidence in the court case by JT's defence counsel.

The flames were further fanned by the QPR fans being asked for calm which to he fair and honest they have not said anything apart from lets make the place rock and be intimidating which is what it was like in the last game.

I have also been told the BNP and the like may make an appearance to cause trouble. I just hope that the fans of both team make it a great game with plenty of atmosphere but nothing do nothing to bring the clubs into the spotlight in a negative manner.

 

I think I mis-worded my original post regarding this. I know that not all Chelsea fans are like this and I am sure the majority think it is disgusting.

But in the past few months the abuse that Ferdinand has got from a section of the Chelsea fanbase is shocking. In CL games, on trains, on facebook, and no doubt some mindless idiots will blame him tomorrow.

All that combined doesnt paint a pretty picture of Chelsea fans really. But as I said, I am not tarnishing all with the same brush.

 

I fully agree . Over the years I have been unfortunate enough to meet and witness some of the bellends who support the same club I do!

 

I was thinking the same, that maybe both Clubs should try to agree to leave out Terry and Anton. But this is giving the racists, fascists, and idiots recognition. What would be great if what District says is true, that the vast majority of Chelsea fans are not racists, would be to hear you Chelsea majority cheering and clapping Anton at the start of the game anyway, and not single him out during the game. Probably not going to get that, but perhaps this will go better than many all fearing.

 

That chelsea fans are nice people and wont boo him. It will clear the majority will boo.

 

You will hear the majority boo Ferdinand tomorrow and for what? He was abused and he never even made the complaint.

Terry will get off as he always does, I have no faith in the FA, they will only be forced into doing something if hes guilty in a court of law but seeing as footballers are generally immune to the law, thats not going to happen.

 

You will be able to hear for yourself, of course not everyone will do it but the majority will. Its not just a few mindless morons like some people that will ruin a minutes silence. The majority of their fans are morons but Ill be happy to be proved wrong if theres silence when Ferdinand is named on the PA and when he touches the ball.

 

You will hear the majority of QPR fans jeering and booing Terry tomorrow but for what? Nothings been proven and Terry is still innoncent at the moment so why does he deserve boos and jeers but Ferdinand doesn't?

 

Terry is a scumbag, even if he didnt do what he did. Hes still a low life who would get booed.

He ordered the ball not to be returned to us after we kicked it out for an injury, an injury that we had to make a sub.
He was involved in at least 4 run ins with various players in the last game

Ferdinand has done nothing. Literally nothing, he didnt even have an argument like Evra/Suarez did.

 

Hope we are booing and jeering every second your team has the ball Cooper! Imagine your end will do the same! It was pretty clear that Terry was well out of order at LR in October, and not for the first time, even if he never gets proven guilty of anything. So he deserves the extras! Sikkos have sent Anton a bullet and other death threats. He deserves some recognition of support from both sets of fans, that the huge majority of us don't accept that kind of sick sh*t.

 

Untill the court case is finished every game Terry plays he will get abused in as has been the case every previous game since, not booed but abused e.g. songs about him saying he is racist. Now untill we find out the verdict Terry doesn't deserve that sort of abuse when there is a 50-50 chance he is innoncent, so if Terrys going to carry on getting abuse regardless of this then Anton deserves abuse aswell. And there was no argument because he didn't even ****ing hear what Terry apparently said it's all based on a video that could quite easily have been photoshopped and a complaint from the member of the public

 

You're right he does because that was a disgusting and sick thing to do sending a bullet in the post to anyone especially Ferdinand, as i said in a earlier post people need to realise it's just a game of football.
How is it pretty clear Terry was well out of order? He hasn't been found guilty so his done nothing out of order. If his guilty then fair enough his a ****, but untill we hear the verdict judging him before the outcome is wrong

 

The court case doesnt matter, at worse its going to be word against word and I know who I believe. He is a ****, end of. I also missed out him abusing american tourists after Sept 11th.

You're joking right! Anton deserves abuse? he didn't get this thing to court! the first he knew about it was after the game, have you not seen some of the video evidence! Terry is wrong'un you just have to look at the rest of his lot!

 

We will boo every player who is not wearing an R's badge on their shirt. We did it last time and we'll do it again. Why? Coz were ****ing rivals. It's really not hard to work that out.

 

This is all it will ever be - a threat. Some desperate person wants to unnerve him. It may well work but they won't have the balls to do anything more serious. Infact, I won't be surprised if the police find some way to trace it back to who sent it and arrest him.

 

I think Staines had it right when he was saying regardless of whether it was a Chelsea fan or not, that they are cowardly F543kers. Bullets in the post are still a very regular thing over here and rarely go any further. Usually sent by the usual suspects, wee men with big mouths and no trousers. Tw5at,hope he can't keep his big mouth shut and his identity gets found out.

 

So, abuse of Ferdinand was clearly heard from the other end of the ground, chants of "****er" were clearly heard as well as booing so its not just a mindless few.
