For Professional players from unheard of and lower league teams all over the world : Your chance to win a contract and play in the SPL with Rangers

    itinerary

7.55 - arrive at the lovely Murray park complex to begin your day.

8.00 -Breakfast sit down and buy your own breakfast at our lovely canteen, with top school dinner chef Senga Boyd .

8.25 - Get ready for training : bring your own kit please , if you forget your kit you can at a small charge hire some Qasar football boots and shorts and t shirts kindly donated by the local charity shop
8.35 - Meet and greet - a chance to meet and greet the first team , manager and coaching staff. ** please note ** coaching staff and manager are not always available for this ...the manager reserves the right to CBA !!

8.45: TRAINING - its here , your big chance to impress and earn a contract ( subject to funds)

Training sessions include: warm up :

The robot warm up copy Kyle lafferty in this muscle loosening excercise
Running in a straight line - usually conducted by Kirk Broadfoot - the master of the straight line running routine !!
Running in circles and various other shapes - Usually conducted by Stephen Whittaker.
The step over warm up mimic the Sone aluko shuffle by doing lots of step overs .

    9.45

All warmed up? Good , now you're ready for in-game drills

Get it upto Jelavic- Practise humping it up the park to Jelavic in the hope that your ball will lead to the prolific striker converting .

Find the new Naismith - New for 2012- Take it turns to run all over the park with no direction whilst a game is in progress in the hope that the ball finds its way to you . * diving in the box whilst in good positions may help you earn this prestigious title.

Penalty practice - always handy should you win your contract with the gers.

    10:45 -

Bounce game a chance to showcase your skills if you can avoid injury from Kyle bartley and Doran Goian .

    11.45 - session ends

12.00 - Time to phone your agent and let him know how the day went , dont forget to show your appreciation on the way out by donating some money in the big piggy bank at the door.

**RFC would like to thank Sone Aluko for all his help in supplying new cones and footballs for the club **

You have to be a professional to have a trial?

Surely owning a pair of boots and knowing the words to the Sash should suffice?

5 minutes spell near the end practicing the pleading eyes campaign, very useful after Harry's exercise or after inappropriate use of hands on referee who may be taking the shock decision of giving a Rangers player a red card.
    Some referees never learn.

It may or may not be the club. Agent is hawking the player all round the place, it depends who is the most
desperate, the club or the player.
I wouldn't expect Rangers to be playing for players on trial as they don't pay the fee to release players
    from previous clubs.

Pretty sure the players themselves have to pay for their own travel & hotel costs.

Sure there was a guy last year moaning how much time & money he'd wasted on a 2 week trial.

Thing is they are useful tools as some of these guys haven't played first team games so hard to judge what level they are at & hard to get scouts to go everywhere - problem you have is that you have bad press like Rangers have here over a good few trialists and any decent players they may be able to get may turn them down for a trial because of what has happened here.
