    I'm in desperate need of some more games of footy in my life at the minute and I'm struggling to get games together as all my mates are lazy bastards. Does anyone know of any spaces in teams for 5 or 11-a-side? If not I propose a not606 5-a-side tournament :D Help a brother out!

    I'm struggling to get back into the 5 a side games we play at work due to, to many people wanting a game.

    I'd be up for a game if you can get the numbers together.

    I tried to set up that awhile a go as a charity event for Sir Bobby, I tried to set it up at the soccer dome in North Shields but they wanted £30 quid a pitch and the demand was high, I had to pay upfront which I simply couldn't afford. I thought they might have offered me a free pitch or something since I wanted that many and was for a good cause.

    Since then it's gone quiet.

    Stevie, you any good? I play on a Monday night at complete football in Gosforth, 6-a-side, we are a pretty good team but are often short and have to ask round everywhere for players.

    I'd say I'm good aye but thats open to opinion! Hard worker and a good first touch and shot, I just need to work on my fitness hence the need for more games. I live in Gossy so its handy for me too, I'd be up for playing if you're short like.

    I'm wanting to start playing more also, think Gossy is out of my range though...
    Used to play, wasn't bad either, just got disillusioned with the team and hierarchy (familiar anyone?) so stopped going.
    Really regret it now.

    Wasn't half bad either, like Danny Simpson, dependable, but not first name down.

    Oh, and because i was a right back.

    Champion. We usually have 6 guaranteed, but obviously we want 7, 1 as sub, but it's roll on roll off every 5 minutes so everyone gets a decent game, 20 minutes each way. I will get in touch, will most likely be in the next couple of weeks.

    In the mean time, I reckon we should set up a 5-a-side game for people on here.

    Aye I reckon we should sort a 5-a-side game out, there's bound to be 10 that would play and we could arrange a location we can all get to. All those in favour say AYE!
